The space

Your house will be simple but unique and it is designed so that you can enjoy and feel comfortable in all parts of the house. You will be 250m from Playa Negra Beach and 5 minutes from the center of Puerto Viejo.

You’ll have lots of space at this house. Your rental will include 4 people with the option to pay additional for 2 extra people. There are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning. Hot water in the showers, a large terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen. A beautiful garden with porch in the front on the house.

Guest access

Your host will meet you upon arrival to show your around and give you keys to access your rental.

As a reminder the rental amount listed is for 4 guests. It is $25 per night for each additional guest up to 6 total guests.
